My learning and organizational development background includes experience in banking, insurance, and healthcare.  I have worked for small organizations and very large corporations (160,000+ team members).

Early career experiences in medical operations and administration provided a strong grounding in profit/loss responsibilities and honed my business acumen.  Identifying my passion for learning and organizational development, I transitioned into this specialized management function for financial services companies.  Rapid promotions provided opportunities to showcase talents in program development, instructional design, facilitation, training operations, and technology conversions.  Broader strengths include organization design, leadership development, change management, and performance systems.
